Part 121 Airline Dispatcher

QUALIFICATIONS:

• FAA Dispatch Certification
• Valid Driver’s License
• Aeronautical weather knowledge 
• Able to pass initial and random ten-year Background/Criminal/OMV/Drug Screens
• Prefer at least 1 year Part 135 or Part 121 Dispatch experience
• Meet all FAA regulatory requirements for training and dispatching

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Proper preparation of flight plans 
• Plan flights as assigned 
• Weather briefings 
• Payload calculations 
• In-flight monitoring 
• Flight debriefs 
• Communicating routinely with on site management personnel on safety of flight, aircraft maintenance status, flight crew status, operational communication issues, customer concerns or personnel issues. 
• Coordinate operations with management 
• Crew scheduling and assignment
• Foster the Company’s core values and culture throughout the work environment.
