The location of the Gathering has changed this year and will not be at the FedEx hangar in Anchorage.
The Gathering will take place at the Alaska State Fairgrounds and the Palmer Municipal Airport.

Lodging
The Alaska State Fairgrounds and Palmer Municipal Airport are located 45 miles north of Anchorage in Palmer. For the closest proximity to the venue, look for lodging in Palmer or Wasilla.
The drive up from Anchorage is a beautiful and easy 45-minute trip, making it a great choice for lodging, as well.

Flying Your Plane to the Gathering
Taking the fun route and flying yourself to the tradeshow? Make sure to prepare and think about parking your aircraft at the airport ahead of time.
Daytime parking is first come first served. Tie downs are not guaranteed!

Parking your RV?
Mat-Su Park Facility Reservations

The park will be open and have 86 sites available. There are 40 RV sites with 30 amp power, a water fill station for the RV tanks, and an RV dump station to empty their tanks at the end of their stay.
The water, electric, and dump are included in the $30 per night camping fee. In the lower park there are 46 dry camping sites for tents or small campers. The dry camping fee is $20.
