Participant Airline, Hotel and Rental Car Discounts - Some hotels will honor show rates after the reservation cut-off date. All participants and exhibitors are welcome to use these discounts.
PARKING IS LIMITED . . . . WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO SHARE A RIDE WITH SOMEONE. VEHICLE PARKING IS AVAILABLE ALONG POSTMARK DRIVE AND THE TUG ROAD. SHUTTLE SERVICE ALONG POSTMARK DRIVE AND FROM THE NORTH TERMINAL IS PROVIDED BY AIRLINE SUPPORT.
FLYING TO THE SHOW? Transient aircraft parking is available in Charlie Parking (corner of Victor Taxiway and Postmark). Show parking will be marked with orange cones. Extra transient is in Alpha Parking. Transportation to the FedEx hangar will be provided from the North Terminal and along Postmark Drive. NO Aircraft will be permitted to access the trade show via Tango.
