How long does it take to switch the aircraft from skis to floats? Is there a lot involved?

Two to four hrs depending on type of A/C and amount of rigging to complete. If the A/C has been on floats it goes fast. Boom truck to lift...drop the gear...install the floats...put in water 8-) go fishing :mrgreen:
