The answer is to register and then you can post.

Registering is fine, but that doesn't explain HOW to post a picture here after that. Some boards operate differently than others when it comes to posting pictures. Still need help with the original question, please.

When you have the message box up after hitting the reply tab look below and find an option that says Filename with a text box to the right of it and a tab that says browse. Your picture must be already in some manner of digital format (jpg, gif, etc.) Hit browse and find your picture file and hit add the file and then submit to post.
