The WebCam & Lake Hood ATC has been offline for 3 days now. Is something wrong? :?

Yes. High winds in the area took out the internet access. Repairs are underway.

Looks like a T-34 to me

The WebCAM is offline again (3 days), but the ATC audio is fine.
