But it's an inspiration it keeps getting back up with lights ablazing.
It gives hope as we all struggle with our lives.
Snow at last here in Yorkshire no depth and unlikely to last long.
Good luck and safe travelling to all this winter

That poor tree seems to enjoy lying in the snow. Maybe we should take up a collection and buy four tie-down ropes and tie it from four different directions AND then super-glue the butt end to the ground.

It does look nice, however, when upright.

Merry Christmas everyone.

Dick

Thank you all I can see the 2012 tree - looks asleep at the moment but thank you, it does make the season festive.
With all good wishes to all the other watchers

We need someone to stand the tree up this year.... it looks lonely laying on the ground. Maybe I will talk the kid into that little project 8-) Unless U want to come over for the the Fur Rondy and see a real AK winter Judith :D

Brr I don't know how people survive above the 48 line. Was that -24 I saw the other day - it is quite a good indicator as to what the weather will do over here a week later but so much milder Alaska has -11 and we have +6 at the moment.
Have a lovely Christmas I'm away to family all over UK not back till Wednesday next.
Judith UK
