Where are you viewing the cam from ?

I am viewing from Cornelius NC. I've been to Anchorage several times. Also went to Mt. McKinnley, Seward, Wasilla, Eagle River, Big Lake, Valdez, Paxon, Aleska Ski Resort, Homer and several other places including the Matinuska, and Portage glaciers. beautiful country. I plan on visiting again!

From Fairfield, Ct.

My brother lives in Anchorage ( for 2 years) and works for Conoco-Phillips. Also like the cam from Barrow and Nome. Doing research also became interested in the Bering Strait School District.

I'm viewing from Midlothian, TX. I lived in Anchorage from 1976 to 1981, my dad lives in Wasilla and flew out of lake hood for many years, he worked for several lodges as an air taxi. Love Alaska cant wait to get back up there someday.

I view the cams from Las Vegas, NV. I retired from the Anchorage PD and also used to fly rented Cessnas from Merrill Field and the Anchorage Int'l Airport. After all these years I still miss Alaska. I love the web cams.

I forgot to add that I lived by Campbell Lake and my patrol area was the Anch Int'l Aitport and Lake Hood most of the time. Used to write my reports sitting at the KANG location so I could watch the lanes land and leave.
